Retention Aid

They are low to medium molecular weight and high cationic charge polymeric material which helps to increase retention and drainage on the wire section of paper machine. Increasing fines and filler retention helps in reducing effluent load in addition to increasing fibre yield.

Drainage Aid

The drainage aids are high charge cationic polymers use to improve the rate at which water is released from a wet paper web. This is done by retaining fines onto the surface of long fibers thereby creating most streamlined path for water to flow past them.

Flocculant for Water Treatment

These are polymers used in wastewater treatment for solids removal, water clarification. They promote agglomeration of fine particles present in wastewater, creating a floc which can then be more easily removed from the liquid.

Cationic Dry Strength Resin (DSR)

It is an acrylamide based product used to increase the strength per unit of bonded area between fibers in any sheet of paper. It achieves the desired strength while maintaining other parameters like de-watering rates etc.

B.F. Aid

This product is used to improve bursting factor in kraft paper by 2.0. The dosing point is size press along with starch and sizing chemical. Tentative dosing of the product is 3 kg per ton of paper to gain 2.0 BF in GSM 100-140. It also improves the anti-cracking properties of paper due to over usage of starch.

Absorbency aid

It is a specially designed product for specific application in Absorbent Kraft paper. It increases the absorbency by improving the porosity of fiber mat.

Anionic Dry Strength Resin (DSR)

Organic Coagulant

They are polyamines having two or more primary amino groups. These organic coagulants are liquid cationic polymers which work effectively as primary coagulants and charge neutralizing agents. They often replace or reduce the use of inorganic coagulants for turbidity reduction in process and waste water streams.

Silicone based defoamer

The silicone based defoamers are polymers with silicone backbones. These are heavy duty defoamers and are good at both knocking down surface foam and releasing entrained air.They are powerful defoaming and anti-foaming agent for any process industry like paper, textile, sugar etc having strong spreading power, safe and economical in use.

Anionic Surface Size

The surface sizing agent is a styrene-acrylic emulsion used for surface sizing of paper in size press along with starch and other additives. It improves surface properties of paper at the same time reducing cost and improve efficiency.
